How to order : Order are accepted by E-mail and Telephone

Please send to us your orders list to our email or by sms to our mobile number. After we received your final order list, we will send the pro-invoice to you to make the transfer.
Minimum order : 500 U$ dollar
Payment : Made by Bank transfer (TT)
Prices policy: All our prices is F.O.B price, Juanda International Airport, Surabaya-Indonesia. And all of price is included packing and handing charge but not include shipping charge.
Please send to us your inquiry items to our email then we will send back our price list quotation to you.
Shipping: All the shipment will be ship by airfreight (Air cargo). Please inform me for the airline as your need requirement (if you have).
Packing: The packing of plants will start after we received your transfer payment. In normally, the shipment will be arrived at destination airport about 3-5 days after we received your payment.
**Our packing by bare root plants and wrapping in paper and shipping in standard cardboard carton box or up to your country importing policy.
Other requirement: In some countries, the importers must have the “Import Permit” to import those plants into your countries. Please send it to us about 2-3 days before we shipping the plants. In case, if you don’t have it, please contact with the Agriculture Department of your country to asking more information about this Import Permit because it’s issuing by Agriculture Department of your country.
Replacement Policy
We will attempt our best effort to make sure that your plants will arrive in good condition. Any plants damaged causing by freezing, overheating, or poor packing can be replaced by giving a notice to inform us within 7 days after arrival. To make a claim, photos of the damaged plants must be taken and sent to us. We will do our best to recover your damages.- Any approved claims will be compensated by replacing plants that will be added in the next order only.
